GP Boundary shrinker

A plugin for the gimp to clean indexed colormap images such as political or administrative maps.

I wrote this plugin for cleaning maps created for Albert Astals' KGeography.
The requirement is that a boundary should be just one pixel thick and should connect by sides, not just corners. So my sample is a map :
