KVpnc is a  KDE Desktop Environment frontend for various vpn clients. It supports Cisco VPN (vpnc,vpnclient(propritary client from cisco) ), IPSec (FreeS/WAN , Openswan, strongSwan, racoon), PPTP (pptpclient), OpenVPN, L2TP (FreeS/WAN, Openswan, strongSwan, racoon), Vtun, OpenSSH.

Version 0.9.1 released. Look cambios for details and grab it aqu.
This release adds a lot of new features and fix a lot of bugs. Highlights are:
KDE4 version (KDE3 development will continued), OpenSSH support, openl2tp support, vpn types info dialog (shows if all is availiable for an specific vpn), improved racoon, IPSec (Openswan, strongSwan) and PPTP support, XAUTH support for racoon and IPSec, Mode Config support for racoon, automatic saving on preferencesdialog, support for OpenVPN > 2.1rc
