Melissa

Melissa is a Software to create color- and width coded 3D Structures of Proteins. It generates macros for Pymol (www.pymol.org). Any values can be superimposed onto the structure. Values are entered manually or read from a text file (residue number and value).

Coding Modes:

• Quadratic
• Linear
• Logarithmic
• Ascending
• Descending

Models:

• Worm like model (only backbone is shown)
• Sphere Model (protein is represented as cartoon, values are coded as spheres (backbone N) with increasing width)

Melissa is an Open Source Software (GPL v3).
